- No Conflicting Discussions: Experts are not required to discuss topics that may lead to conflicts of interest or those that could involve proprietary information of any party.

This commitment is enforced through our Terms and Conditions, which experts must review and accept before participating in any consultation.
General Terms
- No Research or Trade Recommendations: Intelroot Consultants does not engage in the creation, publication, or dissemination of research reports, trade recommendations, or newsletters based on client inquiries. Our primary focus is on providing tailored, expert-driven insights that are exclusive to each client’s unique needs, without the influence of external market factors.
- No Investment, Legal, or Medical Advice: Intelroot Consultants does not provide investment, legal, or medical advice under any circumstances. Our services are strictly limited to delivering specialized knowledge and expert insights relevant to specific research queries and industry trends, ensuring that all consultations remain within the scope of professional expertise.
- Confidentiality of Consultations: All expert consultations are inherently private and confidential. We ensure that any sensitive or proprietary information shared during these engagements remains protected, with no access granted to unauthorized parties. This confidentiality extends to both the content of discussions and the identities of the parties involved.
- Non-Participation of Intelroot Staff: Intelroot Consultants’ staff members do not actively participate in or listen to consultations between experts and clients, unless it is strictly necessary for operational or administrative functions.
